Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received or, for cash-on-delivery orders, after order confirmation.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Czech Republic: 1–3 business days
Slovakia: 2–4 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

All shipping prices include VAT. For non-standard or oversized shipments, we reserve the right to adjust shipping costs, subject to prior agreement with the customer. Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout based on your delivery address.
