RefectoCil No. 2 Blue Black Eyelash & Eyebrow Tint 15 ml is a professional oxidative tint for colouring eyelashes and eyebrows. The shade is a deep black shade with a subtle blue shimmer that adds extra depth and shine, making it particularly suitable for dark lashes, statement lash tinting and clients who prefer a cooler, more intense black.

RefectoCil tints can be mixed with other shades in the range to create customised colour results. When applied correctly, the colour is designed to be smudge- and water-resistant and can remain visible for up to approximately 6 weeks, depending on the client, hair type and aftercare.

How to use

1. Remove contact lenses before tinting the eyelashes and thoroughly cleanse the eye and brow area so it is free from oil and residue.
2. Immediately before application, mix approximately 2 cm of RefectoCil tint with RefectoCil Oxidant 3% according to the developer instructions until a smooth, creamy mixture is formed.
3. For brows, apply the tint evenly in the direction of hair growth. Typical processing time is approximately 5–10 minutes depending on the desired intensity.
4. For lashes, protect the skin under the eyes with suitable eye-protection pads and apply the tint carefully from root to tip. Typical processing time is approximately 10 minutes.
5. After the processing time, remove the tint thoroughly with damp cotton pads and water.

Important: RefectoCil Oxidant 3% is required to develop the colour and is sold separately unless stated otherwise. Always follow the current manufacturer instructions for the specific oxidant and tint being used.

Safety

For professional use. Eyelash and eyebrow tints may cause allergic reactions. Perform the skin sensitivity test recommended by RefectoCil before application, especially before first use or after a long break between treatments. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and follow the manufacturer's safety instructions.
